Report a problem

In Lumen, go to Settings → Report a Problem and choose Send Report. You'll get a short code. Send that code, with a line about what you were doing, by opening an issue here. A free GitHub account is needed for that.

Common questions

What do I need to use Lumen? A Plex account and access to a Plex Media Server, either your own or one shared with you. Lumen doesn't include any films or shows of its own.

I can't see my server. Check that the server is running and that you can reach it from Plex's own apps. On iPhone and iPad, Lumen also needs permission to use your local network.

Is Lumen made by Plex? No. It's an independent app and isn't affiliated with Plex.
